- The personal data inside those materials.
AncestLore owns
- The platform, software, models, design, brand, and underlying technology.
- Aggregated and de-identified data used to improve reliability and safety.
AI-generated outputs
For outputs we generate from Your Content (Memory Conversations, narrations, films, books, transcripts, summaries), you receive a perpetual licence to use them for personal, family, and remembrance purposes. Commercial use requires separate written agreement. We retain the right to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

The exact contours of ownership and licensing are subject to independent legal review before commercial launch.
